In order to enhance the services provided to members of the Multi-Line Program, on January 1, 2007, VSBIT began offering subscriptions to HRSentry, an on-line human resources risk management system.  HRSentry serves as your one-stop personnel and risk management partner and is available through any web-enabled device at any time.  Our partnership with HRSentry empowers you to create, deliver and administer customized policies and procedures according to your district’s needs.

If you’re new to human resources administration, HRSentry supports your self-sufficiency as you navigate unfamiliar responsibilities.  If you’re an experienced HR professional, HRSentry eliminates the need to track and consult multiple resources—saving you time as you search for answers to today’s complex HR questions.

Twelve fully searchable libraries, updated daily by professional human resources staff, contain legally compliant federal- and state-specific forms, policies, procedures, proven best practices, desktop training programs, interpretations of state and federal regulations, and many other resources ready for your customization.

To keep you up-to-date on human resources ”hot topics”, and ahead of deadlines or changes in laws and regulations, newsletters, tips and reminders are emailed directly to you.Secure virtual filing cabinets allow you to save all relevant information in one convenient, confidential location.  HRSentry’s libraries are updated or modified as necessary, and the resources in your filing cabinet will also be automatically updated -- with no action required on your part. Email alerts will inform you of these changes so you can be confident that your information is  always current.
