Online Audit for HR Compliance
This audit is designed with a focus on federal regulations and proven HR best practices. The regulations and best practices that are addressed in this audit are considered to be the most commonly misunderstood and/or those not adhered to.
Users complete the audit at their convenience. Audit responses are saved for users so they can come back to the audit as many times as they need in order to complete it. Once completed, the user will receive a PDF-document of the actual audit with their responses. In addition to this report users also receive the Audit Report, which includes any red flags indicating areas that need to be improved and the corresponding solutions for corrective action. This report enables you to keep track of what corrective action you have completed and the progress that you have made.
Upon answering each question the user will be informed as to whether the response is "compliant" and "low in potential liability". If an improvement is necessary, a "red flag" is raised. When a red flag appears, the user receives the recommended corrective action. The user can view the corrective action during the completion of the audit or once the whole audit is completed.
