These Legal Terms are a legal contract between you (either a single business entity or an individual) (“Customer”) and HRSentry, LLC for the use of the HRSentry website and “Tools” (the “HRSentry Application”).  Access to the HRSentry website might be provided by an affiliate, partner, distributor or licensee of HRSentry (“Affiliate”).

LICENSE TERMS: You may use, upon receipt of your username and password, for the agreed upon period (one year) and payment of the applicable fees, the HRSentry Application for the internal business purposes of your business entity only.  You may not rent, sell, license or give access to the HRSentry application to other users except to other employees and agents that have received an individual username and password from HRSentry or its agents.

GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement shall be governed by, subject to, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the State of Vermont.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

Our Commitment to Privacy: We respect the privacy of your information.  We do not sell or share or in any other way use personally-identifying information collected during your use of our Website without your permission.

The Information We Collect: At the time you subscribe to our site, we collect and store your name, address, e-mail address, number of employees in your organization and possibly your credit card number.  We need this information to provide the services that you request and to notify you of new features on our site, remind you that certain reports or filings are due or to send you our newsletter.

Security: We employ reasonable and current security methods to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure correct use of information.  Your account information and profile are password-protected.  We will not and we recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone.

Children Under 13: We have no way of distinguishing the age of individuals who access our website, and so we carry out the same Privacy Policy for individuals of all ages.  If a child has provided us with personally-identifying information without parental or guardian consent, the parent or guardian should contact us to remove the information and opt out of promotional opportunities.

Third Party Practices: The Privacy Policy of any of the links or services appearing at our site may differ from ours.  We encourage you to read each third party privacy policy.

Changes to Our Policy: Any changes to our Privacy Policy will be communicated through our site in advance of its effective date.
